Searches can be refined by geographic location, style of building, number of suites, local area amenities, and more. Upon selection of a target, your mandate through our Buyer Brokerage program then allows Derek to approach the owner of an unlisted property on your behalf with an expression of interest without asking them for a fee, or to work with a non-cooperating sales representative who would otherwise be unwilling to share information.
